Begin your full-day excursion to Ile Aux Cerfs with a complimentary hotel pick-up at your accommodation anywhere on the paradise Island. You will meet and be greeted by our certified guide and after boarding to your comfortable vehicle, then set off to Mahebourg village.

Arriving at Pointe Jerome at 09.15 A.M, you will board your Catamaran to enjoy this memorable catamaran cruise from Pointe Jerome to Ile Aux Cerfs.

This cruise is all about sailing through crystal clear waters whilst enjoying breathtaking sceneries and relaxing on the beautiful white sand bank of Ile aux Cerfs. The southeast part of Mauritius offers wide areas of awesome turquoise crystal clear water as well as eye-catching mountainous panoramas.

Benefit for starting the catamaran excursion to ile aux cerfs at Mahebourg is that it is at greater distance than starting at Trou d’eau douce. Thus sailing will be longer & more time to enjoy the navigation.

A visit to Grand River South East waterfall is also included. Then, when reaching the Grand River, you will go by speed boats to visit the waterfalls which are found about 500m upstream. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to see the curious monkeys jumping through the big old trees on the river banks. Watch the Mauritian fruit bats resting perched on the highest trees as you approach the waterfall. Following the visit to the waterfall, you will head back to the catamaran for lunch.

On board, enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch, selection of alcoholic beverages (beer, rum, cocktails) and non-alcoholic drinks and more. The BBQ lunch which is prepared by the friendly crew members is one of the best lunches you get to have as part of any catamaran cruise offered in Mauritius. The catamaran will cruise into the canal between Ile aux Cerfs and the world-class sanctuary of Anahita before dropping you off on the famous white sand bank of Ile aux Cerfs.

At Ile aux Cerf, there are a variety of invigorating activities are awaiting you: parasailing, tube riding, and undersea walk.

After spending some time on Ile aux Cerfs, you will re-embark on the catamaran and sail back to the Pointe Jerome jetty. Once on board tea and coffee is served as well as slices of cake, not to forget the open bar that remains open including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

The crew members will make sure to make your time more enjoyable, and they will be happy to tell you about local tales, jokes, and play local Mauritian sega music which will lift the spirits of all the people on board.

You are expected to arrive back to Pointe Jerome at 16:00. Then, our driver will drop you back to your hotel for a sumptuous dinner.
