Detailed itinerary

Your spectacular Catamaran trip to Ile Aux Cerf (Full day Including GRSE waterfall, 3 course lunch) begins with a hotel pick-up at your accommodation anywhere in Mauritius. You will meet and be greeted by our certified guide and after boarding to your comfortable vehicle, then set off to Trou D'eau Douce, a fishing village nestled on the East Coast of Mauritius.

You will board to your Catamaran to enjoy this memorable catamaran cruise from Trou D'eau Douce to Ile Aux Cerfs. The catamaran cruise starts at 09:30 a.m., departing from Trou D’eau Douce on the East coast of Mauritius.

The crew members will ensure that you have an enjoyable time, and they will be happy to tell you about local tales, jokes, and to play local Mauritian music which will lift the spirits of all on board.

Then, you will head for a visit to the waterfall at Grand River South East before setting sail for the island of Ile Aux Cerfs. When reaching the Grand River, you will go by speed boats to visit the waterfalls which are found about 500m upstream. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to see the curious monkeys jumping through the big old trees on the river banks.

Following the visit to the waterfalls you will head back to the catamaran.

The catamaran will then sail inside the crystal-clear water of the lagoon until stopping for a snorkeling & swimming break where breathtaking coral reefs & tropical fish are on prominent display.

Snorkelers will have a lot to discover, where they can get a glimpse into the beauty of our underwater world. The Mauritian lagoon is home to some of the world's most breathtaking coral reefs & marine life ever to be seen- you will get to see the amazing marine life, full with hundreds of bright-colored fish.

After snorkeling you will enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch set on the beach or on the catamaran. We served a 3-Course menu and this include, vegetables & Rice or Pasta salads along with Grilled Garlic bread. For the main Course we served Grilled chicken, Sausages & Fresh fish. For dessert Grilled banana. You’ll also be treated to a selection of locally unlimited drinks, including soft drinks, Juice, water, beer, wine & local rum.

Then, you will be heading to Ile aux Cerfs Island which is a beautiful island near the east coast of Mauritius. This amazing island is the perfect setting for a relaxing day of sun worship. As you approach the island by boat, you will see the swaying palm trees and the pure white beaches framed by the vivid turquoise waters.

At Ile aux Cerf, there are a varieties of invigorating activities are awaiting you such as parasailing and Tube Riding.

After doing your activities, you can take a stroll and absorb the pristine natural environment, sit back and relax on the white sandy beaches. On Ile aux Cerfs Island you are sure to have some relaxation and fun on one of the picture-postcard beaches or enjoy a swim and/or snorkel in the azure sea.

With its luminous flora and fauna, uninhibited wind and sun, and myriad facilities to cater to your whims, Ile Aux Cerfs is the perfect getaway for anyone seeking an uncommonly comfortable escape.

After the visit to Ile aux Cerfs, you will enjoy the beautiful sail back to Trou D’Eau Douce. You are expected to arrive back to Trou D’Eau Douce at 16:00. Then, our driver will drop you back to your hotel.
