Groups enter punctually at the appointed time, late persons will not be admitted to the tour without the possibility of returning the money.
From January 1, 2026, museum tickets are personal. When booking, please ensure you provide the correct name and surname for each participant (or send it in a separate message shortly after booking). Name changes may not be possible after the ticket has been issued.
