What you'll see

You will be received by your driver or a representative at arrival who will take you directly to your hotel or destination. Avoid lines or paying extra money and use a nice vehicle with safe and comfort. You will be transported by a professional that will take care of you until drop-off at hotel or destination.

Once you have cleared immigration and customs, pick up your luggage and head for departure.

After your flight lands, your driver will be waiting for you after 15 minutes with a sign with your name on it at the airport exit.

The driver will contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate the exact meeting point. We recommend you to connect to the airport Wi-Fi network to ensure reception of messages and calls.

In case you receive an international call, we kindly ask you to answer it, as it could be our agency or the driver trying to reach you.

Important: 60 min waiting time starts 15 minutes after flight landing, regardless of the time indicated on your voucher.

Example: if your voucher states that the flight arrives at 13:00, but the plane lands at 12:40, the 60-minute waiting time will be counted from 12:55.
