Important notes
• On arrival at the Airport, please look for the "AMVIVO" sign located at the Ground Transportation counter inside the "Meet and Greet" Arrivals Hall. A company representative will be there to assist with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle.
• If you have trouble finding us, please ask the Airport staff for assistance
• Important: In the event that you miss your flight or experience any delays please contact us immediately to reschedule! Kindly note that unless we hear from you the service will be cancelled one hour after your flight has landed.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversize or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Please call 345-939-2542 to confirm pick up time from hotel 24 hrs in advance. You may ask the hotel concierge or front desk staff for assistance if necessary
