About this experience

Your guide will bring you to your first attraction, Cave of the Winds. Here you will learn about the role Niagara Falls plays in generating electricity before embarking on a series of walkways which lead to the “hurricane deck”.
After your visit to Cave of the Winds, your guide will bring you to Goat Island which connects to Terrapin Point and Luna Island.

The next stop on your tour is a visit to Whirlpool State Park. While you’re here you’ll have the opportunity to snap some impressive photos of Niagara’s Whirlpool Rapids.

Next, your guide will bring you to the famous Maid of the Mist boat ride. Following your ride on the Maid of the Mist, your guide will take you for dinner at Steak Stone & Sushi restaurant.

After dinner, your guide will bring you back to Goat Island for the best view of the illuminated waterfalls before heading to Luna Island.

At the end of your Niagara Falls tour, your guide will drop you off back at your downtown hotel.

Detailed itinerary

Stop 1

First, you will be given the opportunity to get as close as possible to Niagara Falls by taking part in the Cave of the Winds tour. An elevator will be waiting to take you into the Niagara Gorge where you will be sent on your way to explore wooden walkways with a tour guide. The walkways will get you as close to the falls as possible.

Continue the tour with a truly amazing experience as you hop aboard the world-famous Maid of the Mist boat ride. Here you will venture to the base of the falls and feel the spray of the mist on your face – a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

From there, you will head up to the American Observation Tower extending out over Niagara Gorge.

Then it's off to Goat Island where you'll be able to see all three Falls from different points. Don’t forget your camera because there are some wonderful views you will want to make sure you preserve on film.

Stop 5 Pass by

Overlook the Canadian Horseshoe Falls from terrapin point on the on Goat Island on the American side.

Stop 6

After your trip into the Niagara Gorge, your guide will introduce you to one of the world’s largest natural whirlpool rapids, formed nearly 4,200 years ago.

Meeting point

Your guide will meet you on Goat Island under the archway. If you’re driving in for the tour, we would recommend parking on Goat Island in Parking Lot #2. From here it is a short walk to the archway. There is a fee for this parking lot of $10 which can be paid in cash or via credit card.
