Experience this 3-hour wine tour taking place at a family-run vineyard in the celebrated wine-growing region of Alt Penedès. You will first enjoy a guided tour of the vineyards, the cellars and the warehouse and then some wine-tasting of several local wines paired with local products.
Once you meet your guide at the Miquel Jane winery in Alt Penedès, you can get ready for a great wine experience.
You will first set off for a guided tour of the vineyards, where you will learn tips about viticulture. Next, your will visit the winery where your local expert will show you how the wines get processed and see the different techniques of wine-making as well as sharing some of the secrets behind the ageing processes.
After the tour, you will have the opportunity to taste several of their internationally-awarded wines along with a delicious aperitif of local cheeses and hams.
On completion of your tour you will receive a booklet with many helpful hints and tips on the art of wine-tasting.
