About this experience

New Delhi is the capital of the world's largest democratic country. The capital was designed in 1911 and is depicted through ruins of forts, tombs of earlier rulers, dilapidated archways, and much more.

On picking you up from your hotel, our tour begins with a drive exploring Lutyen's Delhi. Looking at the colonial architecture surrounded by the newly built commercial high-rise buildings, we hit upon a hidden treasure in the heart of New Delhi. Attractions include Agrasen ki Baoli (Stepwell), India Gate, Humayun's Tomb, Qutab Minar, and a drive through the Parliament House and the President House.

New Delhi, the capital of a secular and the world’s largest democratic country, is not just the city planned by Sir Edward Lutyens, an architect commissioned by the British to design India’s new capital in 1911, but a blend of the same along with its glorious past, depicted through ruins of forts, tombs of earlier rulers, dilapidated archways and much more. The Qutb Minar, also spelled Qutub Minar and Qutab Minar, is a minaret and "victory tower" that forms part of the Qutb complex, which lies at the site of Delhi’s oldest fortified city, Lal Kot, founded by the Tomar Rajputs. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Mehrauli area of South Delhi, India. It is one of the most visited tourist spots in the city, mostly built between 1199 and 1220.

Agrasen Ki Baoli (also known as Ugrasen Ki Baoli; transl. Baoli of Agrasen) is a 60-meter long and 15-meter wide historical step well in New Delhi, India

Located on Hailey Road, near Connaught Place, Jantar Mantar, it was designated a protected monument by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) under the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act of 1958.
