About this experience
This is a medium to a hard hiking tour through the footsteps of the old merchants. The highest point in the tour is 1565 masl. The trail of the old merchants abounds with a wonderful mixture of scents, colors, and sounds. Moving along this trail, we will visit some of the most beautiful areas rich in flora and fauna, some beautiful panoramic spots, one of the few watering places for cattle, and the longest cave on the territory of the National Park Galichica- Samotska Hole.

Stop 1
We will pick you up from your hotel or any other agreed staring point in Ohrid.

Stop 2
With the vehicle (car or minivan, depending on the number of travelers) we will be transferred to the village of Velestovo from where we will start our climb.

Everywhere you look you will witness an amazing view. We will climb to the Samotska Medow and Asandzura Karst field. The climb will be approximately 3 hours.

Stop 4
After a good hike and admiring the astonishing views we will start our descent. After about 2 and a half hours we will arrive to Velestovo and drive back to Ohrid.
