The Court of the Myrtles is the great scenographic courtyard belonging to the Palace of Comares in the Alhambra, located in its centre, to the east of the courtyard of the Golden Room and to the west of the Baths Room and the Court of the Lions.

The Patio de los Leones is the main courtyard of the Palace of the Lions in the heart of the Alhambra. It was commissioned by Sultan Muhammad V of the Nasrid Kingdom of Granada in the second period of his reign. Construction began in 1377 and was completed thirteen years later.
