Backpacks are not allowed inside Chichen Itza by official regulations of the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH in Spanish).
We will refuse access to the activity on signs of intoxication. Booking will be canceled with no right to refund.
Minimum drinking age is 18 years.
Children under four years old and with a maximum height of 100 cm, not using a seat, have free entrance.
Please take care of your belongings during the tour. We are not responsible for items left behind on our vehicles or at our facilities. If you recover a lost item, there will be a fee of 500 to 700 Mexican Pesos to cover delivery to your hotel in Cancún. For other locations, you will need to pick up your items at our office. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping your belongings safe.
If you’ve been assigned a meeting point, please ensure you arrange your own transportation to arrive at the designated location. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
