ID Required: The person who booked the tour must bring a valid ID that matches the reservation name.
Check-In: Arrive 15 minutes before your tour at Sisters Grimm Tours & Oddities Parlor to check in and get your wristband. Simply head inside the store to check in before your tour begins!
Getting Here – Don’t Rely on GPS!
Parking:
We recommend parking at Rivercenter Mall – Crockett Lot or nearby parking areas.
Downtown traffic can be heavy, so allow extra time to park and walk to our location.
Directions from the Parking Lot:
Walk through Rivercenter Mall and locate River Street Sweets store.
Walk past River Street Sweets and exit through the double doors onto Blum Alley.
We are directly across from Starbucks—look for Sisters Grimm Oddities Parlor.
Walking from Nearby Areas:
Set your GPS to the Menger Hotel.
Facing the front of the hotel? Look to your right—you’ll see Rivercenter Mall and Starbucks.
We are right across the alley from Starbucks.
Need help? Call us at 210-638-1338 (Store closes at 9:00 PM).

❌ No Refunds for Late Arrivals – Please plan ahead for traffic and parking.
Children Under 8 are not permitted on the bus.
No Smoking on or off the bus.

Respect the Experience – Disruptive guests (loud, rowdy, or interrupting the tour) may be asked to leave without a refund.
Some Walking Involved – The longest walk is inside a cemetery. Please wear comfortable shoes!
