The Ghost Walks are wheelchair accessible. However, we would only recommend an electric scooter. The walk is long and would be hard for someone pushing a wheelchair.

Park at Rivercenter Mall, walk past James Avery & Victoria’s Secret, exit the glass doors to Blum Alley. Sisters Grimm is on the right, across from Starbucks.

If walking, GPS Menger Hotel (204 Alamo Plaza) — we’re next to it, across from Starbucks by the alley.

ID REQUIRED: An ID that’s matches the name of the person who booked the tour must be presented at checkin.

CHECK-IN: Please check-in for your tour 15 minutes before starting time inside the Sisters Grimm Tours and Oddities Parlor. You will need a wrist band for the tour so please GO INSIDE of the store and check-in.

DO NOT use GPS to find us! Please read the directions below:

PARKING: Parking can be found at the Rivercenter Mall at the Crockett Lot (or nearby lots). Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking! Downtown is often filled with heavy traffic.

After you have parked, walk through the mall and locate Journey's Kids. Walk past that store and through the double doors that take you out to an alleyway (Blum Alley/St). Walk down the alleyway and we are located on the right hand side right across from Starbucks. The name of our store is Sisters Grimm Oddities Parlor.

WALKING: If you are walking to the Sisters Grimm Oddities Parlor, put in your GPS for the Menger Hotel. Once you are facing the outside front of the hotel, look to the right. You will see the Rivercenter Mall and a Starbucks. We are located right across the alley from Starbucks.

**Sisters Grimm Policy**

-You will not be entitled to a refund for late arrival to the tour. Please allow yourself plenty of time to find parking!

-No smoking is allowed on the tour.

-No video or voice recording of the tour is permitted. Photos are however welcomed.

-We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest or group that is loud & rowdy, interrupts the tour, or causes commotion. Guest/groups will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.
