David Bowie, Elton John, Marc Bolan/T.Rex, Carly Simon, Frank Zappa, The Rolling Stones, Free, Genesis, Lou Reed, Black Sabbath, Lindisfarne, Dusty Springfield are just some of the starts of yesteryear who recorded material here.
Ronnie Scott's is a decades old London musical institution. Everyone from Ella Fitzgerald to Katie Melua have played here. Famously Jimmy Hendrix played his last gig here too.
We'll visit the outside of Paul McCartneys music empire and learn the sad story of Kirstie MacCall
