About this experience

Journey into the heart of Italian winemaking at our family vineyard. Your adventure begins with fresh Italian coffee before we stroll through our scenic vineyards overlooking our charming village.

In our ancient cellar, discover the secrets behind our prized organic wines – the crisp Catalanesca white and robust Aglianico red. Savor them paired perfectly with our farm's artisanal delights: organic goat cheese, hand-cured salame, and coppa ham.

Then, master two Italian culinary treasures! Learn to craft authentic 'fior di latte' Mozzarella, watching as milk transforms into silky cheese before your eyes. Next, discover the joy of 'mettere le mani in pasta' as you create pillowy gnocchi from scratch. Your creations come together in a classic Gnocchi alla Sorrentina.

Round off the experience with local dessert and homemade limoncello, enhanced by our olive oil. From vineyard to table, experience authentic Italian gastronomy.

Please inform us of dietary requirements.

Detailed itinerary

1

During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop.
It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village.
The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards.
I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm.
Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together.
This experience also includes a pice of local cake and limoncello.
All the food will accompanied with our own organic extra virgin olive oil.
