Begin your adventure with a journey into the Narusawa Ice Cave, formed over 1,160 years ago by volcanic lava. Inside, the temperature remains a chilling 3 degree Celsius, offering a cool & unique underground experience. As you explore, you'll encounter rugged lava formations & experience a unique underground world.
Remember to wear non-slip shoes & protective clothing, as the cave floor can be uneven. Please note that children under 100cm cannot enter for safety reasons.
In the case of possibility that Narusawa ice cave is crowded & takes 30-min or more to enter the cave, we may guide you to the "Fugaku Wind Cave".

As a component of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Mount Fuji, this area is celebrated for its breathtaking natural scenery, diverse recreational activities, and ever-changing seasonal beauty.

Fugaku Wind Cave is located in Yamanashi Prefecture at the northern base of Mount Fuji, within the Aokigahara Sea of Trees. This 201-meter-long lava cave, formed by Fuji's volcanic eruptions along with the nearby Narusawa Ice Cave, has been designated as a Natural Monument by the Japanese government. With a constant annual temperature of around 3°C (37°F), the cave remains refreshingly cool even during Japan's hottest summers.

The tour may be canceled/rescheduled if the minimum group size of 10 people is not reached. Customers will be notified approximately 3 to 4 days before the departure date in such cases.
Please arrive 10 minutes before departure at your selected meeting point, as your assigned bus & guide will be based on that specific location. The guide has a list of participants for each bus & may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive at a different meeting point. Late arrival or arrival at the wrong location will result in missing the tour, & refunds won't be issued. Please also be aware that any items stored in the trunk will not be accessible in between stops on the tour, so keep all valuables with you.
