Sucre is the constitutional capital of Bolivia, located in the south-central part of Bolivia, It has an elevation of 2,810 meters.
This city showcases a glorious ensemble of white colonial buildings, spectacular rooftop terraces in the amazing houses and quaint garden patios, also its pleasantly warm climate and relaxed small town.
Walking along the narrow streets of “La Ciudad Blanca” – Sucre it’s nice, because you can appreciate whitewashed churches, theatres and courthouses of the city which was named by the UNESCO “World Heritage Site” in 1991.

The tour begins with a visit to 'La Recoleta,' a square located at the base of 'Sica Sica and Churuquella' hills, providing a breathtaking panoramic view and an opportunity to learn about the history of Sucre.
Participants then descend on foot through historic streets to the central area of the city's historic district, where they visit the following landmarks: Main Square (designated as a Cultural and Historical Heritage site), the Metropolitan Cathedral, Government Palace, Casa de la Libertad, and a brief exterior view of the Governor's residence. This is followed by a visit to the central market to enjoy a traditional snack and witness the open sale of fruits and vegetables.
A local mode of transportation is taken to reach the traditional section for the sale of medicinal plants. The tour concludes with a visit to the rural market, where one can also observe the sale of legumes
