For your safety, guests are seated in the rear of the vehicle, and the driver will handle all door operations. • If you do not show up within 15 minutes and have not notified us, the transfer will be marked as No Show and fully charged.
• Changes made within 24 hours are treated as new bookings and may incur charges. Extra stops or delays also require additional fees.
• Each traveler may bring 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on. Please contact us if you have extra luggage.
• Exceptional situations (strikes, extreme weather, etc.) may cause delays or last-minute cancellations.
