• In case of delays (lost luggage, passport control, etc.), contact us to arrange an additional waiting fee. Without notice, the transfer will be marked as No Show after 60 minutes and fully charged.
• Changes made within 24 hours of pickup are treated as new bookings and may incur charges. Extra stops or delays also require additional fees.
• Each traveler may bring 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on. Please notify us if you have extra luggage.
• Severe disruptions (e.g., strikes, extreme weather) may cause longer waits or cancellations.
• If you cannot find your chauffeur, please call the number on your voucher.
