• If you do not show up after 30 minutes free waiting time, and you did not notify us, we will release the chauffeur and the transfer will be a NO SHOW and fully charged.
• Changes to bookings last 24 hours are generally treated as new bookings. Accordingly, PROFI DRIVER may file a claim for compensation for the originally agreed trip.
• Any changes to the trip that may delay the driver or extend the trip for some time or for extra stop, you need to contact us to assign an additional fee for your requirements.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Please contact us if you have a lot of luggage.
