The tour starts on the main square outside of Argana cafe.After a short introduction,we will head to a local restaurant which has been serving food for over 80 years.
After that,we go to the olives market nearby and taste the different varieties of olives.
One of the highlights of the tour is the Mashoui Alley,where you can eat the most delicious lamb in the world.The sheep are cooked in an underground oven and served on the spot.You only have about 2 hours before all the lamb is gone.
Next is a walk in the Souks to digest and make room for our next stop.Our next stop is a small restaurant which is very popular among the locals and is as close as it gets to home cooking.
