ENTRANCE POLICY
1. Please arrive at Winter Park 30 mins before departure to allow time for transfer and registration.
2. If driving, park free of charge in the designated areas at Winter Park.
3. Upon completing entrance formalities, transfer arrangements will be made.
4. Late arrival for your booked time may result in missing your trip.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Arrive at the Winter Park - if driving park your car free of charge at the designated area near the entrance - our staff will guide you to the meeting point to join the shuttle bus to the Hegra heritage site.
2. Parking is not permitted at any of the heritage sites.
3. Please arrive 40 minutes prior to your tour start time for Hegra Tour and 30 minutes for Dadan and Jabal Ikmah Tour to allow time for transportation.
4. Late arrival to Winter Park may result in missing your shuttle bus ride and your tour.
5. Date and tour time changes requests will not be accepted or processed on the tour day.
