Today, we depart to explore the Hira district, starting with a visit to the Revelation Exhibition, a unique and inspiring site near Mount Hira in Makkah. This exhibition is linked to the Cave of Hira, where Prophet Muhammad (SAW) received the first divine revelation. It highlights the story of revelation in detail and dedicates a special section to the Prophet’s biography. Visitors learn about the Cave of Hira, Mother of the Believers Khadeejah (RA), and angel Jibreel (AS). We then visit the Museum of the Holy Quran, the first museum dedicated to the Quran in Makkah, showcasing ancient manuscripts and modern interactive displays that reflect the Quran’s greatness and impact on Muslim lives. Finally, we ascend Jabal Al Nour, home to the blessed Cave of Hira, where the first revelation occurred during Ramadan 610 CE.
