About this experience

Your guide will meet you in Kusadasi or Selcuk (in a hotel you stay in or at the port pier); after short drive we will visit the House of Virgin Mary. According to Christian tradition, Mary was brought to Ephesus by the Apostle John after the Resurrection of Christ and lived her final days there. Afterwards, we will drive for 10 minutes to the ancient city of Ephesus, the largest open-air museum in Turkey and the best preserved classical city in the Eastern Mediterranean. Cleopatra, Mark Antony, Virgin Mary and John the Apostle once walked its streets. Your guide will explain you about life in ancient Rome as you walk through the history of this important city.
