You will start your day beginning with a spectacular trip to Ouzoud waterfalls in the surrounding countryside. You will want to bring your camera to capture the ultimately beautiful section of the falls. You can view the hidden valley visible from the top of the waterfalls, see the Barbary apes, and the groves of olive trees.

Your driver will pick you up from your accommodation at 08am and start your Marrakech day trip to the beautiful Ouzoud Waterfalls. The drive is about 2 hours and a half with a possible 15 minutes stop to empty the tanks and take a good coffe to fully wake up. Your knowledgable drive will keep you entretained during with local anecdotes, stories about the areas you're passing through and Morocco's culture and customes in general. This day trip will give you the opportunity to soak the beauty of the nature in Ouzoud Waterfalls,take an adventurous hike through Olive groves to the source of the waterfall, Take a swim and cool off at the base of the waterfalls.
At 110 meters high, Ouzoud Falls are the highest falls in North Africa. Ouzoud means 'olive' in the Berber language of Morocco, so it's no surprise the plateau above the falls is draped with thousands of olive trees. Here you have the possibility to take a walk around the fallsm or ride a local boat to cross the river, or hire a local guid and go on a trek for 2 hours in the surrounding area and visit the old water mills that are still in use, enjoying troops of monkeys, free time to walk up to the springs of the waterfalls, or cross the river by the local wooden boats, a traditional Tagine or Barbecue in Ouzoud falls for lunch could be a highlight while marveling at the nature in front of you.
On the road back to Marrakech at Demnate, we will stop at Imi-n-Ifri, which in the local dialect means “door to the cave”. It is a natural rock bridge formed by an underground cave system collapsing. The views from here are spectacular as the Méhasseur River flows between the sheer, vertical rock walls.
