Your local guide will pick you up at your hotel and take you to a local coffee place where you can enjoy Vietnamese coffee or a cold soft drink. Then continue on to ride around the city and pass by many fascinating places such as Sword Lake, Cathedral, Opera House, French Quarter, Long Bien Bridge. Take a number of short stops to take photos.
Head on to a good restaurant in a small alley to enjoy “pho cuon”, “pho chien phong” – a different version of Pho – the iconic Vietnamese noodle soup.
Next stop you will go to a special restaurant. This restaurant takes its visitors on a journey back to Hanoi’s past. The food focuses on robust northern flavors.
Next, your local guide will bring you to explore the romantic West Lake, a vibrant park and to see some solemn moments of the flag lowering ceremony in Ba Dinh Square. Ride around outside of the Old Quarter, past some of the most majestic, historical buildings including the Flag of Hanoi and North Gate.
After that, it is time to enjoy a dessert as you venture down a small alley to join in the local tradition of feasting on fresh fruit served in a cup and smothered with crushed iced and condensed milk – this specialty is one not to be missed!
