About this experience

You will have an exciting ,sizzling Sichuan Hotpot dinner,you guide will show you how to eat as local.

Hotpot  is renowned for being spicy,however,if you can not eat spicy no worry,there is non-spicy hotpot for you to try.(Vegetarian option is available)

After hotpot dinner,have a short  walk in QIntai Culture Road before watching unique Sichuan face-changing show in a local tea house. 

The show includes acrobatics, music, humor and the stunning magical face-changing!

The included VIP  ticket offer the best seating area plus one of the following for FREE:massage,ear-cleaning,photo opportunity while opera costume dressing.

This evening tour will be start at 17:30,you will be back to hotel around 9:40pm.

Detailed itinerary

Stop 1

At 17:30,meet your guide in hotel lobby.

You will try authentic Sichuan hotpot for dinner.

At the center of your table is a simmering metal pot of stock (you can choose either spicy or non spicy), waiting for you to throw in ingredients of your liking: various meats, vegetables, seafood and more.

Your guide will show you how to cook all the dishes and eat like a local.

Stop 2

After hotpot dinner, take taxi or metro to the best opera house in Chengdu-- Shu Feng Ya Yun.

Sink into comfortable bamboo armchair,drinking tea ,eating peanuts and other small snacks while watching the show.

The included VIP ticket offer the best seating area plus one of the following for FREE:massage,ear-cleaning,photo opportunity while opera costume dressing.

The performance packed with wit, humor, lively dialogue, amazing acrobatics, dancing, acting, puppetry and music, all of which celebrate Sichuan’s creative history in the performing and fine arts.

It features dazzling sets and costumes and is known for two distinct acts: Changing Faces and Rolling Light.

You will be back to hotel around 9:30pm after the show.
