Depart from your Beijing hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned private van and begin the scenic journey on 7:30am in the morning, then go to Mutianyu Great Wall, which is one of the most strategically important sections of the wall since 700 years ago, and it is also considered one of the greatest engineering project in human history, the amazing Great wall extends over mountains, deserts and grasslands, stretching an astounding 5,000 miles (8,000 km) across China.Then take a short visit to Jade gallery , Jade (Yu in Chinese ) was regarded as beautiful stones since 2000 years ago, which is generally divided into soft jade and hard jade, and it has long been closely associated with the ancient Chinese culture. In the Chinese people's eyes, Jade has a lot of significance and meaning attached to it. "Jade" is an ornamental stone used in a different variety of jewelry art, figure carving and other types of sculpture and relief sculpture.
Later on you will have delicious Peking duck lunch, Where the chef brings out the duck to carve, you’ll also be served a plate of simple white pancakes, thinly sliced cucumber and green onion, hoisin sauce and garlic aioli. First add some of the sweet hoisin sauce onto a pancake and spread a few slices each of cucumber and green onion. Then put a couple pieces of duck meat and eat it.
