Located just a stone's throw from Montmartre and the Sacré-Coeur, our welcoming and well-equipped studio provides the perfect setting for learning and practicing the art of croissant-making. And once you've perfected your skills, you'll get to enjoy your delicious creations on-site with a hot beverage, or take them to go for later.

• We work very hard to respect the schedules of our clients and we do aim to start our classes on time. So we ask that you be here 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the class to ensure you are ready for a timely start. If you are late or if you can't join the class, thank you for contacting us. After ten minutes of delay we shall begin the course without you. Thank you.
• We ask wear comfortable, casual clothing and flat shoes, long hair should be tied back. Please, do not wear open-toed shoes.
• Layered yeast-leavened dough requires a lot of prep time, preferably starting the day before. The time requirement and technicalities are what make croissants so demanding. Therefore, so stages will be done to ensure that you will be able to enjoy your pastries at the end of the course. You’ will still work these stages during the course.
