After you check-in to the Zion River’s Edge Adventures facility, you will begin your off-road adventure, on our private road, up to Zion Lava Ridge Mesa. You will enjoy never-before access and spectacular, up close, panoramic views of rarely seen areas of Zion National Park and the vast and beautiful Virgin River valley. Nothing can prepare you for the breathtaking panoramic views of West Temple, the Canaan Mountains and the towering Smithsonian Butte.

Finally, your adventure will take you back in time, to the beautifully maintained ghost town of Grafton, last occupied in 1944. This historic Mormon settlement is nestled amidst orchards and farmland, providing peaceful surroundings of the Virgin River and a well-preserved cemetery with headstones dating back as far as the 1860s.

Your exclusive access tour begins at the Zion Rivers Edge Adventures & Zion Helicopters location.

Start your journey on our very own private off-road trek to the Zion Lava Ridge Mesa from some amazing views of the Virgin River Valley, the Canaan's and Smithsonian Butte.

After loading back up , your adventure continues towards the base of Zion's West Temple. where you will enjoy a short hike to a second very exclusive area and picture taking opportunity right on the Zion National Park boundary line called Zion Cliffside Point. This incredible private access location has vast views directly into Zion National Park, The Canaan Mountains, Smithsonian Butte, and The lush Virgin River Valley.

Next your adventure will take you way back in time, and to the beautiful maintained historic ghost town of Grafton, where you have plenty of time to explore is little town along the Virgin River.
