You can activate your ticket in one of two ways:
1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour operator confirmation number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. You can then board the bus at any Big Bus stop on the route.
2. Present your printed or mobile voucher with a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route during operating hours. A recommended boarding point is Big Bus Stop 1 located at Alexanderstraße 3-5, 10178 Berlin (Opposite Park Inn Hotel). Both the red and blue routes depart from this stop.
If your ticket includes a free currywurst and/or a free souvenir bag. Simply show your booking to a Big Bus staff member at any stop to receive printed vouchers, which you can then use to collect both.
If your ticket includes the Boat Tour, it departs from the Alte Börse (Burgstraße 28, 10178 Berlin), near Stop 2: Museum Island. To board, you’ll need a paper ticket. Simply show your booking to a Big Bus staff member at any stop to receive a printed voucher, which you can then use to join the tour. The boat tour is available April-October only. You do not have to take the cruise on the same day as the bus tour.
