You can activate your ticket in one of two ways:
1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour operator confirmation number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. You can then board the bus at any Big Bus stop on the route.
2. Present your printed or mobile voucher to a Big Bus team member or driver at any stop on the route during operating hours. The recommended starting point is Big Bus Stop 1: 13 Upper O'Connell Street (outside the Discover Ireland Centre).
If your ticket includes a Night Tour simply show your booking to a Big Bus staff member at Big Bus Stop 1: 13 Upper O'Connell Street (outside the Discover Ireland Centre) to receive a printed voucher, which you can then use to join the tour.
