1. Transfer Airport - Hotel :
- Tell us your FLIGHT ARRIVAL detail (Flight number, date and time of arrival)
- You will find our driver holding a sign with your name or a code
- You may have a time to change money or to buy simcard inside the hall of the airport
- The driver will take you to the car and load all lugguage by himself. No luggage career will be assigned for this service and we do not tip anyone else for such service
- The driver will go to pay for the parking while you stay safely inside the car
- You will drive from the airport to your hotel through the best itinerary of the time which depends on your hotel and traffic
- Our service is over when you arrive to the reception of the hotel

2. Transfer Hotel - Airport :
- Tell us your FLIGHT DEPARTURE detail (Flight number, date and time of departure)
- The driver will come at the reception of the hotel with your registration name. We may ask for your room number or your phone number because some hotel will not confirm that you are there if we do not know your room number or your phone number
- The driver will let the hotel's door keeper loading the luggage or he will do it personally
- You leave directly to the airport
- Our service is over when you are at the hall of the airport

3. EXTENSION
You can ask for an extension of service for a day tour in Antananarivo : city tour, visit market, visit Ambohimanga Rova Royal Hill, or Lemurs Park. Obviously, it's an extra which is not included into the current price.
