Angela is a New York–raised, Taipei–based tea expert who moved to Taiwan in 2020 to immerse herself in local tea culture. She learned Chinese, built connections with farmers, and personally sources teas from organic, natural, and wild-farmed estates. In her Taipei tearoom, you’ll take part in a private Taiwan tea tasting of five carefully selected teas paired with local snacks. Learn how to identify flavors and aromas, refine your palate, and explore the unique tea terroirs of Taiwan.
