His wife told him that he created a biscuit so good, he had to share it.

In this private, hands-on 2.5-hour class, you’ll join Matt to learn the secrets to baking fluffy, golden biscuits from scratch. You’ll make classic Southern-style biscuits and try creative variations like cheddar-parsley or garam-ghee. Sip Turkish coffee or Japanese tea as you mix, roll, and bake in a welcoming kitchen.
