Anuradha is a doctor by profession and is a wealth of knowledge on different ingredients and cooking techniques that make up Mudaliar cuisine. She will give you an explanation of this regional cuisine, customs and even the science behind some of her Mudaliar recipes and ingredients. Next you'll head to the kitchen for a one-hour cooking demonstration during which Anuradha will show you how to prepare 1-2 dishes.
You will share a meal together at the dining table and enjoy a variety of dishes that reflect her heritage, experiences and her lifelong love of homecooking!
