Step into a historic winery for a private Pompeii wine tour and tasting, which will be led by either Margherita or one of her close colleagues. Your tour will take you through the vineyards and then you will go inside the wine cellar, all while hearing the story of this fascinating family’s history. Learn about (and taste!) their experimental wine aged in terra cotta pots, prepared just as the Romans did over 2,000 years ago. After your tour, which will last about 30 minutes, leave your tour guide and head to the winery restaurant where you will enjoy lunch and a wine tasting led by a trained sommelier. For your lunch, enjoy a four course meal with a selection of starters followed by a ravioli pasta course, a main of entrecote with seasonal vegetables, and end with a special dessert of the house. Please note your tour will be private, and your lunch (included in price of experience) will be on your own in the winery café, with wine brought to you and described by the sommelier.
