About this experience

Sundarii's biggest passion is cooking and now she is excited to share her knowledge and teach everyone about authentic Tamilian culinary traditions. You will be welcomed into her home with a refreshing glass of paanagam (jaggery drink) or lemon juice. Then begin your South Indian cooking class with a masterclass on spices used in South Indian cuisine. Help Sundari cook two dishes from scratch. After cooking, you will sit down and eat together the labor of your work. Your meal will be served the traditional way, on banana leaves and if you'd prefer you can even sit down and eat with your hands - the most authentic way a meal is relished in India!
