Lorenza uses fresh, local and seasonal ingredients to cook traditional meals, using family recipes. Her goal is to share more about Oaxacan food, culture and culinary traditions with the world. Lorenza has been cooking for 20 plus years and is excited to share her passion and knowledge with all! Lorenza will explain the menu for the day and the dishes you will be cooking together, before start preparing an appetizer, soup and main dish. After your cooking class, sit down at the table to enjoy the food you helped cook.
