About this experience

Wonderful opportunity for adventure !!! book this one day tour to Gudauri and enjoy a tandem flight with a paraglider on the snowy peaks of Gudauri Mountains a truly memorable experience.

After you have finished paragliding, enjoy delicious Georgian Lunch and start return journey to Tbilisi. Stop-over along the route to view historical and natural attractions like Ananuri Fortress, Zhinvali Lake etc.

Before the take-off, you will receive an on-site briefing explaining flight procedures and will be provided with gloves and flying helmets. The launch of a tandem flight takes place on a steep hillside, after a few steps that you will perform together with the pilot. Once the wind has been caught in the glider, you will lift off the ground and move into the flight phase. B

What you'll see

Full day itinerary starts from hotel / accommodation in Tbilisi in private vehicle with Local Guide. You will be travelling to Gudauri to the starting point of your Paragliding Adventure. You will be given brief instruction and would be provided with all safety equipment and certified paragliding instructor / pilot.

Your flight will be recorded with an action camera and would be sent in couple of days after the flight, so you can share your amazing experience with your friends! 

After you have finished paragliding, enjoy delicious Georgian Lunch and start return journey to Tbilisi. Stop-over along the route to view historical and natural attractions like Ananuri Fortress, Zhinvali Lake etc.  All along the journey enjoy the breathtaking view of Gudauri Mountains, the Georgian military highway and friendship monument on the backdrop of Caucus mountains.

Once you have reached Tbilisi the driver will drop you at your hotel / accommodation.

What is Tandem Paragliding
Certified tandem pilot controls the wing while the passenger sits in a separate harness in front of the pilot. It’s an excellent way to be introduced to the sport, or to enjoy the sport without the stress of having to fly the glider yourself.

There’s a variety of packages for the paragliding in Gudauri depending on your level of fitness. The cost includes price for the base most preferred package, however you can chose higher category package by paying the price difference.
