With our Guide, you will spend approximately 03 hours around the wetland and forest for spotting birds. Every year more than 100 migratory bird species arrive at Sultanpur in search of feeding grounds and to pass the winter. Important migratory species inlcude: Siberian Cranes, Greater Flamingo, Ruff, Black winged Stilt, Common Teal, Common Greenshank, Northern Pintail, Yellow Wagtail, White Wagtail, Northern Shoveler, Rosy Pelican, Gadwall, Wood Sandpiper, Spotted Sandpiper, Eurasian Wigeon, Black tailed Godwit, Spotted Redshank, Starling, Bluethroat and Long billed Pipit. About 11 species of migratory birds such as Asian Koel, Black crowned Night Heron, Eurasian Golden Oriole, Comb duck, Blue cheeked Bee Eater, Blue-tailed Bee-Eater and Cuckoos come here. In summers too, local birds can be spotted in good numbers.
Later get driven back to your hotel in Delhi. We can also pickup and drop from Nearby "Gurgaon" region too. Kindly note given the size of the park, 03 hours are enough for the birding tour. However if someone wants to do birding photography , then he might end up spending more time, in that case customers can settle the per hour extra charge directly with the guide.
