During this food tour you will taste a variety of snacks/street food starting with Koulouri, the favorite Greek energy snack. You will sample a traditional Greek pie while exploring the Central food market (closed on Sundays) where local sellers offer the best Greek ingredients and Athenians do their daily shopping. You will find out what the "Greek version of pizza" looks and tastes like and you will savour Souvlaki, the quintessential Greek street food. At the end of the tour you will enjoy a dessert with historic references going back to ancient Greece and Rome, the famous Loukoumades!
