In case you missed the meeting point time, please go to the apartment directly. Once you get up the stairs or escalator of Exit 3, you will need to walk 2 blocks south ( you will not need to cross any roads at the intersection, if you see the Lawson convenience store on your left hand, you're in the right track.) Once you've gone 2 blocks, you'll see an arcade on your left hand, so take a left. Once you enter the arcade, take a right and go out of the arcade (it'll be an uphill). Go straight and further straight if you hit an intersection. It will be the brown apartment to the right that says (グランメゾン 松屋町壱番館). Ring the bell by pressing apt# 1301.
