Meeting point

Customers that do not require a Port pickup can be met at the starting point of the tour, which is at the foot of the floating (Queen Emma) bridge, on the western (a.k.a. Otrabanda) side of the channel, (same side where the port is located).

Important notes

• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

• If, for any reason, you will not be arriving at your destination within the scheduled confirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or before 24 hours of the scheduled tour time, in order to receive a full refund.

• ***Cruise Ship Details Are Required***  To avoid any errors or confusion, PLEASE NOTIFY US WHEN BOOKING, IF YOU WISH TO BE PICKED-UP AT THE PORT OR IF YOU WISH TO MEET US AT THE DEPARTURE LOCATION OF THE TOUR.  The name of your cruise ship will be required in order to identify your ship's berthing location.

• For cruise ship passengers requesting pick-up service: The TukTuk vehicles will be stationed in the parking lot or at the Security Office at the entrance/exit gate of the port. Please check with the security agent or call the Tour Supplier at +599 9 529 6069 if unable to locate your guide upon your arrival at the pier

Tour departs within walking distance of the cruise port; AT THE FOOT OF THE PONTOON (floating) BRIDGE (on the side of the Pehna Building, which is very easy to spot when standing at the bridge)
