Once you've cleared customs and immigration and collected your luggage, please head outside the airport terminal to Umbrella #10. Our friendly EPIC staff will be waiting to assist you. Upon arrival, you'll receive your Return Transfer Voucher and confirm your return time with no hassle and no need for phone calls.
Your transportation will be in one of our brand-new, air-conditioned vehicles, driven by a certified, bilingual driver for your comfort and convenience.
On your departure day, please be at the Lobby Exit at the time specified on your Return Transfer Voucher. Your driver will be holding an EPIC sign and will look for you. Please be punctual, as we pride ourselves on being always on time.

We recommend to call our Airport Supervisor at +52-624-191-1910 once you are the Luggage Pick up area, due to Airport Regulations no Vehicle can wait for you in the boarding zone, if you call us we can save you valuable vacation time and pull in the Vehicle before you exit.
