What you'll see

After clearing customs and immigration and collecting your luggage, please proceed outside the airport terminal to Umbrella #10. Our Epic staff will be waiting to greet you.

To confirm your return transfer time, please call 624-124-0220 between 9 AM and 6 PM, at least 24 hours prior to your departure. After a maximum of 30 minutes of waiting, you'll be on your way to your hotel, condo, or villa in one of our brand-new, air-conditioned vehicles with your certified bilingual driver.

On your departure day, please wait at the Lobby Exit at the time indicated by our office at 624-124-0220. Your driver, holding an EPIC sign, will be there to meet you. Please be punctual—we always strive to be on time.

After Luggage Pick up and Customs please proceed OUTSIDE the Airport Terminal Building to meeting point # 10. If you are not planning on investing in a Time Share or Vacation Club we suggest not stopping inside the Airport Terminal Building after you picked up Your Luggage and passed through Customs. We recommend to text our Airport Supervisor at +52-624-191-1910 once you are the Luggage Pick up area, due to Airport Regulations no Vehicle can wait for you in the boarding zone, if you call us we can save you valuable vacation time and pull in the Vehicle before you exit.
