Detailed itinerary

In the morning, please find your own way to Xi'an North Railway Station to take the high-speed train to Luoyang. You're suggested to arrive at the station 30 minutes before the train leaves. Your travel consultant will book the train tickets and send you the booking confirmation in advance. You only need to show your passport for boarding. Upon your arrival in Luoyang, your local tour guide will meet you at the railway station.

Stop 2

Then drive you to visit the Longmen Grottoes, which is a treasure house of ancient stone-carving art, with its over 100,000 stone statues. The entire carving work here has lasted over 400 years, showing the prosperous Buddhist culture from the late 5th century to the 10th century.

Stop 3

In the afternoon, take you to the famous Shaolin Temple, the birthplace of Chinese Zen Buddhism and Shaolin Martial Arts. Here, your private tour comes to a climax when you see the Kung Fu show performed by Shaolin monks. Besides, Shaolin Temple boasts some traditional valued architecture.

After finishing the sightseeing, your tour guide will see you off at Luoyang Longmen Railway Station. You will take the high-speed train back to Xian. Please get to your hotel by yourself upon arrival in Xian. If you have any plans to other destinations instead of getting to Xi’an, please contact your travel consultant.
