There/s more to Huaraz than just nature. Close by the mountains, there is a pre-Incan ruin designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site! On this tour, we will first make a stop by the beautiful Queracocha lake before continuing onto the ruins of Chavin.
Here you will appreciate the ancient village and its museum for a few hours, then you can have lunch at a typical restaurant in Chavin village before being transported back to Huaraz.

At 9am we pick you up from your hostel in Huaraz, stop at Ticapampa for breakfast before arriving at Lake Queracocha for some photos. We arrive at Chavin around 12, where you have 1.5hrs at the ruin site, and 40 minutes at the Chavin Museum. We then have time for lunch before leaving at 3pm, arriving back in Huaraz at 7pm.
