Agra Fort is one of the finest examples of Mughal architecture, a style that combines different elements from Indian, as Persian and Islamic architectural styles. It was built by Emperor Akbar, the rusty and majestic red-sandstone fort of Agra stands on the banks of the river Yamuna.
