It has beautiful architecture with intricate detail. Additions and rebuilding has been undertaken by successive reigning kings over 200 years of history which is a proud salute to the creativity and craftsmanship of Thai people. A strict dress code applies at Grand Palace. Man must wear long pants and shirts with sleeves (no tank tops). Woman must be similar modestly dressed (no see-through , no tight or torn pants , no miniskirt). You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
